Welcome to PeakFit Strength & Conditioning

PeakFit is a  strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, core training, gymnastics ,bodyweight ,plyometrics weightlifting, and strength&condition are combined in short intense,H.I.I.T and low impact workouts to maximize results for any individual. PeakFit teaches functional movement patterns that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, stepping up, twisting,carrying, and sprinting etc. Unlike some crossfits we pride ourselves in injury prevention and we are a none competitive gym. The only person you compete with is self. We have a intro system of fitness which is suitable for all levels beginning,intermediate and advance.
