PEAKFIT

Moderately to highly intense body weight and light weight lifting circuit training program designed to help increase energy, develop lean muscle mass, strengthen core and power through various full body movements. This program stresses the importance of nutrition and includes ongoing coaching to discuss your progress and to help you be successful in reaching your goals.

Strength & Sculpting

Is a work at your pace program to target trouble areas. We focus on strengthening & sculpting the core, abs, love handle and Turkey arms. If your looking to blast the buns and shape your legs this program is for you. We do some basic to challenging movement without compromising form or technique.
